Are you an active 55+ adult interested in helping others improve their health and maintain their independence? Would you enjoy leading others in a fun & safe exercise program? How? Attend the FREE training session being offered by the Active Living Coalition for Older Adults in Manitoba (ALCOA‐MB) with funding support from The Winnipeg Foundation.

• As a volunteer peer exercise leader you will be prepared to provide regular exercise sessions at
seniors’ apartment buildings or centres.
• Volunteer peer exercise leaders work in pairs to share information & support each other.
• You will receive a volunteer peer exercise leader manual and related resources to help you encourage others to live actively. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
